Closing the Student Support Gap: A Blueprint for Connected Care
Most student support models are designed to respond when a student asks for help. But many students never do, leaving institutions to discover needs too late or navigate disconnected services.
Join TimelyCare for a practical introduction to the Connected Care for Every Student Blueprint, a framework that helps higher education leaders evaluate how well their current model reaches, engages, supports, and cares for students across the full continuum of need.
This session will walk through the Blueprint’s key components and show how institutions can move from fragmented, reactive support to a more proactive, connected, and accountable model of care. You will also learn how to use the Connected Care for Every Student Care Scorecard to assess your institution’s current maturity level, understand your results, and identify practical next steps.
You will leave with a clearer view of where your care program stands today and what it could take to reach more students earlier with the right support.
